Return & Replacement Policy โ€“ Teezra.in

At Teezra.in, all our products are made-to-order specially for you. Because of this, we follow a strict replacement-only policy.

๐Ÿ” Replacement Eligibility

We offer replacement only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Printing defect or manufacturing issue

๐Ÿ“น Mandatory Proof

  • An unboxing video is required to claim any replacement
  • The video must be clear and uncut, showing the package being opened
  • Requests without proper proof may not be accepted

โฑ Replacement Window

  • You must raise a replacement request within 5 days of delivery
  • Requests after this period will not be accepted

โŒ Non-Eligible Cases

We do NOT offer replacement or return in the following cases:

  • Wrong size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind or dislike of product
  • Minor color/design variation (due to screen differences)
  • Used, washed, or damaged products by the customer

  • We do not accept returns due to the made-to-order nature of our products
  • Refunds are not applicable in normal cases
  • Refund will only be processed if replacement is not possible

    • Order ID
    • Issue details
    • Clear images of the product
    • Unboxing video (mandatory)
  2. Our team will verify your request within 24โ€“48 hours
  3. Once approved, a replacement will be processed and shipped
