Return & Replacement Policy โ Teezra.in
At Teezra.in, all our products are made-to-order specially for you. Because of this, we follow a strict replacement-only policy.
๐ Replacement Eligibility
We offer replacement only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Printing defect or manufacturing issue
๐น Mandatory Proof
- An unboxing video is required to claim any replacement
- The video must be clear and uncut, showing the package being opened
- Requests without proper proof may not be accepted
โฑ Replacement Window
- You must raise a replacement request within 5 days of delivery
- Requests after this period will not be accepted
โ Non-Eligible Cases
We do NOT offer replacement or return in the following cases:
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Change of mind or dislike of product
- Minor color/design variation (due to screen differences)
- Used, washed, or damaged products by the customer

- We do not accept returns due to the made-to-order nature of our products
- Refunds are not applicable in normal cases
- Refund will only be processed if replacement is not possible

- Issue details
- Clear images of the product
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Our team will verify your request within 24โ48 hours
- Once approved, a replacement will be processed and shipped

- Replacement orders will be delivered within standard shipping timelines
