Thank you for shopping with Teezra! We aim to deliver your orders safely and on time.


1. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or National Holidays

Since all products are made-to-order, processing includes printing, quality check, and packaging.


3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Location and courier service

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak seasons or unforeseen delays


4. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship only within India

  • International shipping is not available at this time


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS

  • You can track your order in real-time until delivery


6. Delivery Issues

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors or security

  • Wait 24 hours (sometimes tracking updates early)

  • If still not received, contact us immediately


7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • Share your Order ID, images, and unboxing video (mandatory)

We will review and arrange a replacement if eligible.
