Thank you for shopping with Teezra! We aim to deliver your orders safely and on time.

1. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days
Orders are not processed on Sundays or National Holidays

Since all products are made-to-order, processing includes printing, quality check, and packaging.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to:

Location and courier service
Weather conditions
Peak seasons or unforeseen delays

4. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India
International shipping is not available at this time

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS
You can track your order in real-time until delivery

6. Delivery Issues

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it:

Check with neighbors or security
Wait 24 hours (sometimes tracking updates early)
If still not received, contact us immediately

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

Contact us within 5 days of delivery
Share your Order ID, images, and unboxing video (mandatory)

We will review and arrange a replacement if eligible.
